This week's theme was 'The Eyes Have It'.

I took these of the little monster.

I thought about trying to do a self portrait, but that would have been really tough to get the focus.

It snowed today...I lost track of how much.  I think at least 8 inches, since I did the drive once in early afternoon and someone else did it the later afternoon.  it's still coming down.

I took these from my kitchen window, sitting on the counter to get as steady as I could.

So here's a panorama from today...  It's interesting playing with the Nik Silver Efex.  Never realized how much of a difference film types made...

As I do the B&W conversion, and look at film types available in the program, they show dramatic nuisances in the picture.

Solitude

Someone needs to tell this heron to go south...it was about the only other living creature I found out in the wildlife refuge (if you don't count the hundreds of pheasants I was scaring from the side of the road)

Today, I went snowshoeing, but was surprised that the x-c track was so empty.  Considering it was a 'balmy' 30deg (did you ever think you'd hear this FL gal say that?  I was in a light sweatshirt and sweating!
